And the technology to grow food has multiplied 1 billion times over since 1960..give me a break…we waste so much..but that is solely the result of the Fed’s inflation, overcharge, overspend, overconsume, overproduce mentality that is unsustainable…we can learn to conserve, we are hardly using technology fully, what could truly accomplish if we just had the freedom to innovate? If we didn’t use all our resources on wasteful consumption, wasteful goverment programs and expanding our empire?
i agree with the resource based economy
LOL. Its not just the states that are overpopulated, its every country in the world. Until we control our population and lower it to a respectable level our economies, environment, water supply will only get worse. In the 1960’s we had less than 3.5 billion people, today we have over 7.5 billion which will take more than 4x the resources to maintain them than it did in 1960. But keep living in a dreamworld, you’ll get it one day.
How about a resource based economy?
There are more than enough..the rich just keep all the real wealth and don’t share with the poor…let’s see..CA, AZ, NV are ALL desert states..they have a drought..gasp..how could that happen? These states are overpopulated in relation to available water and some cities might disappear..that doesn’t mean anything..the more people we have..the richer we are because we would create more..one genius can change the world. During the 1960’s we had enough food to feed the WHOLE world 6 times over
sure does make my blood boil but I’m afraid its gonna take a violent revolution to change peoples ideas just like it did more than 200 years ago when that government was oppressive (thanks to the central bank of england). I just hope that we can come together before our children (or children’s children) have to fight that war.
Doesn’t it just make your blood boil? I f you had enough people with an idea of how the fed works it could be stopped.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups
I’m so glad I’m not involved in stocks.
Seems like a big clusterfuck all the time.
lol “capitalism needs growth” Capitalism IS growth and even in the most “socialist” countries there is still capitalism. Besides we don’t have capitalism here in the US its corporatism/plutocracy thanks to the government favoring campaign financiers and getting involved with the free market. Lets not forget the biggest ponzi scheme, the Federal Reserve who makes us PAY them to use OUR money. Socialism (on a mass-scale, ie Red China, USSR etc) always fails. Bottom line: liberty > repression

My friends a CPA and she told me that about 90% of her clients DON’T pay Federal Taxes and try to not pay ANY State taxes either. Is this a conspiracy or what? She said they tell her they refuse to pay for a corrupt governments crimes, etc. WOW! Maybe we should all stop paying taxes to send a message to Congress that THEY are the criminals! They want $900 Billion MORE of OUR money to pay for the economy THEY helped RUIN? Their OWN members DON’T Pay taxes why should we? Fuck the Government! loi
hahaha that was his moment to shine!…I guess he wanted to get laid that night.
Wow. “…The beginning of the end of the crisis”.
Pretty cool candidate for another “Peter Schiff was right” sequel.
Right. Many research studies show that around 2 billion people is a number that can live on this planet without killing the ecosystem.
So i participate on a 0 child politics. And thing that many follow me.
Capitalism is a ponzi scheme, it needs growth and there is none possible any more. So its good to stop now. But nobody has the courage to tell you.
Fuck the sheepels
is a Dow at 8000 a ‘firm support level’ or is this the level that the plunge protection team is preventing it from sinking lower?
I suspect that the Plunge Protection Team is artificially supporting the market at that level.
exactly, they dont realize that we never hit a low after the tech bubble burst, and after 9/11. The system was pumped with capital so it didnt dip down, now we are paying for it all.
romo502: not to put too fine a point on it, but the Federal Reserve was created under Wilson’s watch. What should we do? End the communistic central financial planning (end the fed) and do away with fractional reserve banking. As Ron Paul has said, we need to go to a sound money policy.
There are not enough resources. 60% of the world lives in poverty and its getting worse. 40k children die every day from lack of food and its getting worse. California, Arizona, Nevada are all in a 5 year drought because there isn’t enough water for the people. We have surpassed the point where we can grow our economy and maintain the standard of living our parents grew up with. Unfortunately, things will continue to get worse and only when its really really bad will people wake up.
The Federal Reserve is BLEEDING us dry. They have been since President Jackson…..all we can do is ????? wish I knew
OR..the government could step out of the way of innovation and allow us to create a sustainable world that could continue to grow without major lack and scarcity..there is more than enough resources if we use them properly…basically we need to get rid of the fed..they confuse real wealth with paper mache’ and since they can over-print, we over-produce, over-consume and we waste a ton of real wealth…we need to stop pretending wealth comes from a printing press and take care of ourselves
As long as America’s population continues to increase, it will be impossible to keep the same standard of living we have today or even 20 years ago. Every recession from here on out will be worse than the previous one because more and more people will be without jobs and the basic resources to survive. If you want to solve the economic and environmental problems of the world, lower population humanely so our standard of living will rise. Alarger economy will not equal a higher living standard
can’t hear anything. volume up please
