Google acquires AdMob for $750 million

Google has just announced that it has acquired AdMob, the mobile ad platform that has been especially popular on the iPhone, for $750 million which is payed by stock. This is one of the largest acquisitions since the acquisition of YouTube three years ago.

 The deal will help Google to provide better advertising services to help advertisers to influence coverage to mobile users.

 The current market capitalization of Google is about 1,750 billion dollars. At the same time, AdMob is a start-up in Silicon Valley. Susan Wojcicki who is Google product development executive said, this start-up revenue will grow significantly.
